Are you angry? Don’t worry. It is normal. It means you have
an awaking mind, emotions and self-esteem. Now time is to manage your anger . From home makers no body expect anger. Just like you are a machine and you have no right to show your emotions . You are not a robot .You also have feelings and sometime you really heart .
When no one cares you , you have to stand for yourself. Now you need to manage your anger.
How to manage your anger?
Leave all the work whatever you are doing.
Make a strong tea, coffee , green tea, cool water ( Not alcohol).
Sit at your favorite place in the home where nobody watch
you and have small sips of your drink. Take deep breaths and try to calm your
self.
Ghar ke bahar jao aur idhar udhar ghuomo.
If a small kid is at your home , play with him . Your anger will be vanished in few minutes and you will feel full of energy.
Now think about the reason of your anger. Why are you angry?
Is your anger harming others?
Analyze what makes you angry?
Are you having any solution to change your position?
If yes, just go for it. Start from small steps and go ahead
as per your capacity.
May be it show you another way to live a life according
your dreams.
