In your behaviour towards other people don't show useless ego and attitude because ultimately people will like your genial and humble nature and you will be remembered for the same .
Be strict in your work but personally be polite and have good as well as pleasant behaviour .
Don't let " hate " to be the cause of your remembrance but let your politeness and humility be the reason.

A complicated Machine

 Don't judge people by their words. Words are only reflection of the language which they learned in their childhood. Words only show outline of their thoughts. It is very difficult to know a person completely. When we feel that we understand someone, it gives us an other experience. It may be shocking or pleasing, but don't make conclusion about anybody. It will surprise you. Give time , take time... Always keep windows open. So that new thoughts can walk around. Remember, nobody can understand a man or woman completely because human being is very complicated machine.... And its engineering is still under research.
